Refund Policy

At Famtasm.com (powered by Voyatic Limited), we strive to provide valuable digital content and community experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for your membership purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date

  • The member has not accessed any premium content, including but not limited to:

    • Members-only videos

    • Downloadable resources

    • Private Discord channels

  • The request falls under one of the following circumstances:

    • Verified technical issues on Famtasm’s site or payment gateway

    • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect plan)

    • Content access was removed unexpectedly due to system error

Refunds requested after content has been accessed or beyond the 7-day window will not be honored.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the original purchase
  • You have already accessed gated content, including watching paid videos, using exclusive tools, or joining premium Discord channels
  • You changed your mind and the request is related to dissatisfaction with features clearly described on our site
  • All sales are final once content has been used, regardless of intention or time spent engaging with it.
3. No Refunds for Discord Bans

Members who are banned from our Discord server due to violations of our community rules or conduct guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

Access to our Discord community is considered part of the membership benefits. Bans resulting from member misconduct do not constitute grounds for reimbursement, regardless of the remaining subscription period.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

Email us at skylar@famtasm.com with your order number and reason for the request. 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)

Please allow 5–10 business days typically for the refund to appear in your account. 

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback:

  • May result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
  • May limit your ability to access any future services or content from Famtasm or Voyatic
