1. What is Famtasm?
Famtasm is a premium members-only platform where you get access to exclusive, uncensored content Skylar doesn’t post anywhere else—not on YouTube, not on Instagram.
Membership also includes community perks like private Discord access, members-only resources, and Geoffrey AI—your nightlife concierge.
2. How do I recover a lost password?
No stress. Just go to this link -> Reset Password and enter your email. You’ll receive a link to set a new password.
💡 Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

3. What if I don’t know which email I signed up with?
We got you. We typically send all updates, receipts, and login info to the email you used at sign-up.
Quick tip: Search for “Famtasm” in the inbox of each email address you own. This usually helps you pinpoint which one was used during registration.
💡 Bonus Tip:
You might’ve signed up using your Google or Discord account. If that’s the case, just click the “Login with Google” or “Login with Discord” button on the sign-in page to get in.
If you still can’t find it, reach out to us with any info you remember (possible names, payment proof, etc.), and we’ll help you track it down

4. My payment failed—what should I do?
This usually happens when:
Your card was declined by your bank
You changed cards or the expiration date passed
3D Secure authentication wasn’t completed
Fix it fast:
Click the payment recovery link in your email or log in to your My Account and update your payment method using this link.
5. How do I update my billing info or card?
Head over to your Account Settings, click on “Payment Methods“, and add or update your card info.
6. When will I be billed?
All subscriptions are billed monthly by default. Your billing cycle starts on the day you sign up and will automatically renew each month on the same date.
You can cancel your renewal anytime through your account settings—quick and easy.
7. Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Just go to My Account → Subscriptions, and click “Cancel.”
⚠️ Canceling stops future billing. Access remains active until your current billing cycle ends.
8. What do I lose when I cancel?
When your premium membership ends, you lose:
- Access to locked premium videos
- Geoffrey AI access
- Discord member roles & chat access
- Any exclusive content reserved for paid members
9. Can I come back later and resubscribe?
Yes, anytime. Just log in with your old account and select a plan under Join Membership. We’ll welcome you back like you never left.
